I'm also fond of the wishing tree sculpture (although I can't imagine having to dust its fragile surfaces).
When I traveled to Alaska in 1978, I saw moose nugget earrings and other jewelry made from moose poop. I suspect it's all for the tourists because honestly? I don't think the locals wear that stuff!

Anywhere near tourist traps you will find moose/deer/elk poop made into jewellery - kind of sick really ;)
