It seems like the problem with a boat neighborhood would be that it would smell like the lake all the time. Even inside. And snakes. I hate snakes.

You probably would get tired of that neighborhood pretty fast. Imagine all the effort spent fighting off the alligators and zombies. (Or do alligators and zombies cancel each other out?)

That sign...is it a quad tone? You could do just about anything in a quad tone and it would be pretty. This one would be pretty regardless. And the feet holding is just too cute.
