One Word
Details will have to wait until my brain demushifies. I'm off to catch up on emails, blogs, and work. All I can say is, "YAY for no longer being homeless!"
P.S. Anyone interested in a large cardboard box? It's cheap and hardly lived in. :)

Congratulations Tink! I know you'll make it a beautiful home. :)
Woo hoooo!
Congrats, I'll be over next week to check it out
Breathing a big sigh of relief for you and Hoop (but more for you, LOL!). We'll clink sippy cups and toast you guys tonight. :)
Congratulations!!!
Congrats! I'd be interested in the large cardboard box if it has a bathroom.
Congrats! That's awesome news!
Yeah! Keg party at Tink's house!!!!!
Whoo Hooo!
Congrats! Glad it worked out.
YIPPEE!!
Good job!
(Keep the box, you'll need it for moving.)
Thank god. I was talking to Jeff about your issue with the sellers and we came up with a couple of solutions, but it sounds like everything got settled.
So you have keys in hand, huh? Are you moving this weekend? The cool thing is all your stuff is already packed!
Congrats!!! Sarah's right - you'll need the box for moving.
So...how close to the beach?
Thank you guys!!
Pamer: You might want to wait until we have actual furniture in it. ;)
Tawcan: It has a CAN in it... Campbells soup to be exact.
TB: I have the keys in hand but we're not going to move in for at least another week. We'd like to get the walls painted and the popcorn ceilings scraped before we move all our stuff in. The fun never ends around here.
Mamalujo: *Frown* We're actually further away from the beach now. We used to be about 15/20 minutes away and now we're more like an hour. It's what you sacrifice for more house and land.
Congrats! Can't wait to get all the details!
Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*whew*
I am so relieved for you and Hoop!
Have fun painting the place and making it your own.
No more sneaking around either!
Congrats! Here is the advice I was given when we first became homeowners: if you don't have one, go out and get the best cordless drill you can afford, the kind that will rotate screws and all. You won't believe how often you will need it. Enjoy!
Yay, yay, YAY!! What a relief it must be!
Congratulations!
Good luck with the preparing and moving, but it sounds like the hardest part is over...
Doing mental back flips for Tink! Yippee! Yahoo! Ooooh, I think I just pulled something. Damn, getting old sucks when even the mental back flips do damage :-)
Hugs to you and your new home!
I was homeless last year for about three weeks. Yep, the County let a sewer line get backed up, and it ended up flooding the downstairs half of my apartment, covering everything I owned in raw sewage. I lived in a trucker hotel for almost a month. It sucks!
Happy times are here again. Go get a telephone book - you are going to need it! Now where all of those big strong boys and their trucks! Have fun moving and fixing up --- for the next 10 years. Yeah Tink
PS I can tell you where to get beautiful children like by granddaughters!
When's the house warming party?!? Congrats!
Yay for being done!
You get any offers on that box, yet? How do you clear title on something like that?
Congratulations!!! Enjoy all the elbow room!
WAhooooooo!!!!! Glad to hear the hard part is over.
Tink, I'm so excited for you!!!! Congratulations! Can't wait to hear the details. You must be feeling so relieved!
Congratulations - I'll have your box if it is still going!
