So as not to post my bling on the net, friends wanting to see a picture of my ring will have to email me. Otherwise I might have to stop fantasizing that I know karate and actually LEARN it. Right now my home defense consists of two ankle biters and a gun that hits its target two feet south of what I was aiming at. Imagine if I was aiming for a would-be-burglar's chest! Criminals don't need kids anyway.

will I be branded an attention whore if I go first again? (snooooort) Is it that I get lucky and see your blog just after you post? or is it that I check it incessantly all day long? (snoooooort again) hugs, and check the mailbox in days to come! (oh, and the photos of the outhouse are a perfect reason to take a weekend break up there. Cause Tink said so)

I like the Destination Un-no-wen (as we pull in for some gas)... doesn't that song make you wanna go sit at the beach and smoke a bowl? I like the vomiting fountain too. It's all good. You're pictures make me simultaneously wonder at the quality of your photography skills and snort like a 7th grader.

the thing about the fountain faces is that they look like they're spitting out the water because it's nasty or something. that's a strange feeling to evoke.

I have a thing for spanish moss trees. I think they're beautiful and I've never seen a real one. :( We used to get boxes of it where I worked once and sometimes it would come with a critter! They are like anole lizards.(maybe they are?) Salamanders are about as lizard as it gets here. So it was exciting.

Can I see the ring? I love my jewlery, especially things passed down. We had a heap of stuff, that my Nan gave my Aunt to look after and she got robbed and we lost the whole lot it was devestating, they we're all so old and beautiful.

There always seemed to me to be something... wrong about fountains that spit water at you. Especially since people used to draw drinking water from those fountains. The only ones that are worse are the ones that piss into the pool.
