Mental Feeding Frenzy
Holy crap. It's been so long since I wrote a new chapter for Twisted (Tink), I forgot how difficult it is writing from scratch. It's much easier when you're simply making revisions. So for those of you who are still following along with the story, the next chapter is out! It's currently titleless. So if you come up with something good, let me know.
Daily Hoop Conversation:
Tink: It's been one month since I've had a cigarette.
Hoop: That's so awesome, babe. You're doing so good!
Tink: Do you know how I would like to celebrate?
Hoop: How?
Tink: By having a cigarette.
Hoop: How about a nice healthy smoothie instead?
Tink: *Groan*
Hoop: Then we'll go for a nice healthy walk and discuss the benefits of vinegar.
Tink: I hate you.
P.S. Don't forget, the WWC words for this week are COMMON and RARE.
P.P.S. I promise to get around to everyone's blogs this weekend. If I don't, you can, uh... Name my first born. There. I think that's more than fair!
Have a great weekend!

I have not participated in WWC. However, your offer is tempting. How do you like the names Hildegard and Reginald?
How about "Lactose Intolerance" for the Twisted Tink chapter and Vinaigrette for the child's name (it's brilliant because it works equally well for a boy or a gilr)?
Or you could title the chapter "Vinaigrette" and name the kid Lactose Intolerance. Either way it's brilliant.
No need to thank me.
Whatever you name your kids I hope their first and middle initials are PB. Like Phineas Bartholomew. Yeah, that would work.
Lurleen (with a very strong southern drawl) was always our favorite name of choice. Then we met someone with that name...poor woman had no idea why we burst out laughing when we were introduced.
Shaun tried to get both his sisters and his niece to name their kids with his full name...he'd be pleased to bestow it upon your poor child!
I took apple cider vinegar pills as a last ditch attempt to lose weight before actually - you know DIET AND EXERCISE.
They made me pee - a lot.
I like the name Hepzibah.
A guy I work with drinks vinegar every morning. I just can't go with that. Its just not right.
Good words - better get to thinking.
I have officially decided that Hoop has an amazing sense of humor, something I hear is pretty high on girl's priority.
No info on his ass, which I also hear is important.
Off to read the latest installment.....
I love, just love, your daily Hoop conversations.
I had a chance to get some mushrooms this weekend... but instead we'll probably go for a walk at some point too. Yay.
I like the name Sarah.
If your first child is a boy I choose Le'Charles.
(Don't come by my blog, I really want to name your kid.)
Congrats on the month!
I've wondered where you've been. The 21st of September was my two month anniversary being smoke-free. Congratulations on yours! I'm just starting to really feel the difference in my lungs when I do heavy exercise. Can't wait until they don't feel "heavy" at all.
A month wow, great now you have the rest of your life! I think stopping smoking mixes up the brain for awhile that is probably what is happening to yours.
Good grief, I had no idea that Twisted Tink stuff was there. I'll have to catch up. (Like I don't have enough to do!)
Evil Hoop! Hee hee.
Yay for one month without! That's awesome. I'll celebrating by giving you extra exclamation marks!!!!!!!!
Well you made it to my blog, so kudos to you!
Hope your weekend was a good one.
.. and discuss the benefits of vinegar.
Now THAT'S a sense of humour.
Catching up!!
I've been looking for my replacement for a couple of years now. It ain't easy to be someone else.
I can understand how you love your Dad. You only get 1. My heart goes out to you!
I like the story about the gum, I hate when products lie! *L*
;)
I wrote back to you on the blog re: not smoking.
Way to go girl! It's the juggling balls isn't it? THey keep you so busy you forget you want a cigarette!
A new chapter? I'm in heaven!
Excellent job on the month smoke free! Keep it up!
And if you don't come by the odd mix (even though there is nothing new there) you will have a child named Rumplestiltskin. ;)
Good job Tinkitron. I quit 7 years ago and my ex just decided to pick up the habit again - which really sucks given my son has asthma.
Maybe it's just me, but I would have offered sexual favors for making that long without a cigarette.

SO! What are the benefits of vinegar!?
